Danny Webber

Danny is a retired professional footballer who now works regularly as a pundit and co-commentator for BBC Sport, Sky Sports, Manchester United TV, and also appears on ITV Sport and talkSPORT.

Born in Manchester, he began his career at Manchester United, where he progressed through the academy and turned professional after scoring 16 goals in 11 appearances at youth level. After a loan spell at Watford, he joined permanently before moving on to Sheffield United, where his goals helped the club achieve promotion to the Premier League in 2006.

He went on to play for several clubs including Portsmouth, Leeds United, Doncaster Rovers and Accrington Stanley, before joining Salford City in 2014, helping them win the Northern Premier League Division One North title.

Outside of football, Danny is the CEO and founder of Autograph Sports Management, a sports and commercial agency specialising in player representation and brand development.
