Dean Ashton is a former professional footballer who played for Crewe Alexandra, Norwich City and West Ham United.

Dean represented England at every age group before he was forced to retire at the age of 26 due to an ankle injury sustained whilst training with the national team in 2006.

He is a regular pundit on The EFL Show on Quest TV and provides co-commentary on talkSPORT and Sky Sports.

Dean has also appeared on BT Sport, PLP, ITV and BBC 5Live.

Away from football, Dean enjoys playing golf and has a golf handicap of six.
