Erin is a promising young goalkeeper for Tottenham Hotspur Women Academy, recognised for her outstanding shot-stopping ability and penalty shootout heroics. A talent to watch, she has already earned call-ups to Spurs’ senior WSL matchday squads and gained valuable senior experience through spells with Chesham United and Wycombe Wanderers.

Erin is a promising young goalkeeper currently playing for Tottenham Hotspur Women’s Under-21s. She joined Spurs in July 2023 from MK Dons, initially entering the Under-16 setup before progressing into the Under-21 squad for the 2024/25 season.

Known for her agility, strong shot-stopping, and distribution, Radbourne has continued to develop strongly within the club’s pathway. Her performances have earned involvement in Barclays Women’s Super League matchday squads, highlighting Tottenham’s confidence in her potential.

In the 2025/26 season, she was on dual registration with Wycombe Wanderers, helping them on their way to promotion to the National League and keeping multiple clean sheets.

In January 2025, she joined Chesham United on dual registration to gain senior experience in the FA Women’s National League Division One South East, making an immediate impact on debut in a 5–2 win over Cambridge United.

With her continued progress and strong performances, Erin is regarded as an exciting talent within Tottenham Hotspur’s ranks.
