Piper is a central midfielder and homegrown academy talent known for her technical quality, passing range and work rate, who has progressed through Aston Villa’s U21 setup with involvement in first team training and match day squads.

Piper is a central midfielder known for her technical quality, passing range and strong work rate in possession. A homegrown academy player born in 2006, she is regarded as a composed and versatile midfielder with the ability to influence games from deeper or more advanced areas.

She was part of the Aston Villa U21 setup during the 2025/26 season, featuring in the leadership group, training regularly with the women’s first team and being involved in first team match day squads as part of her continued progression into senior football.

Piper’s development has seen her gain experience across multiple environments, including London City Lionesses Academy, Gillingham FC RTC, Northeast Rush and Connecticut Rush, as well as captaining her high school varsity team in the United States.
