Serena is a professional netball player who was key in last year’s England squad that won Commonwealth Gold in April 2018, and she recently captained the team to win bronze in the 2019 World Cup.

Serena made her debut for England at just 17 years old and has earned over 50 caps and counting for her county.

In addition to her Commonwealth Gold medal with Team England, she won Gold in the 2011 World Netball Series and Bronze at the 2011 World Netball Championships.

Serena commonly plays centre, wing attack or wing defence positions. She started her professional career at Team Bath in 2007 and played there for eight years, winning four titles.

She excelled in New Zealand with Northern Mystics and went on to have a successful two-year spell in the Australian Super Netball League with Giants.

As well as being a gifted netballer, Serena runs her own coaching brand, Legacy Netball, and a pizza food truck business, named Soul Shack and DJ’s in her spare time!
