Tracey is a former England netball international and head coach who won 81 caps as a player before leading the national team to a historic gold medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. A two-time Netball Super League champion as manager of Manchester Thunder, she has since worked as a Sky Sports pundit and returned to Australia as assistant coach for the Adelaide Thunderbirds.

Tracey is a former England netball international and head coach, and is currently Managing Director of Stockport County Women, having taken on the role in February 2026 to lead the club’s transition into a professional women’s football programme.

She previously served as England head coach, guiding the team to Commonwealth Games gold in 2018, as well as multiple European Championship titles, and also coached Manchester Thunder and Melbourne Mavericks during a highly successful domestic coaching career.

In 2022, she returned to elite sport as Performance & Operations Director and later Assistant Coach at Adelaide Thunderbirds, before moving back to the UK in 2026 to take up her senior leadership role at Stockport United Women (formerly Stockport County Women), focusing on building pathways, professional structures and long-term growth in the women’s game.

Alongside her sporting leadership roles, she is a Vitality ambassador and has worked across performance, wellbeing and sport development initiatives, while continuing to play a key role in growing women’s sport in the UK.
